We are living in a society where men and women both work to earn and to live a quality lifestyle.

Kudos to Team Ariel and the initiative taken by them by which they have come up with a concept on #GENDEREQUALITY and encouraging people to join together and #sharetheload

Good values and good habits start at home. Its high time to make our children aware of their rights and inculcate the sense of responsibility towards helping each other.

Let’s watch the beautiful video to understand in better way which clearly describes that doing a household chaos is not only mother’s job. Husband should also help his wife in all household duties

  • Why is laundry only a mother’s job? Dads  #ShareTheLoad!

Across India, 2 out of every 3 women feel there is inequality between men and women in the home. Meanwhile, 76% of men believe that laundry is a woman’s job.

Obviously, that was a situation that needed to change. And with Ariel’s Son’s #ShareTheLoad, we hope it is changing.

After the launch of Ariel campaign, more than 1 and a half million men pledged to share the load. They show that laundry doesn’t have to be a woman’s job.

The reason behind is that Stereotypes become part of these children’s reality, and the laundry becomes mum’s domain.

It is time to think and raise a valid question..

Is laundry only a woman’s job? If Yes, then Why is laundry only a women’s job?

Is this because that we have been following this trend over generations?

Is this because we have never seen our house men helping our mothers at our home?

If yes, then it is right time to give a second thought and change our mindset and bring the change in the society.

The Ariel hamper is #HamperOfEquality which has variety of items for each person at home, that can help them/ educate them about helping each other & #ShareTheLoad jointly.

Now, laundry has become a fun activity that everyone at home can do, without the responsibility falling on a single person’s shoulders.

The hamper has a creative time table to help them to become more organised and a drawing book with different pictures where children are helping their moms in household activities. Also it has cloth clips with interesting cartoon characters to make washing cloth activity a fun.

The idea of the hamper is to get everyone at home to step up and #ShareTheLoad.
